Outcomes
History is done before the visit, so the appointment starts where it should.
Examples and clarification land before the visit, not during the slot you booked.
Enough to assess in a short appointment, instead of referring out because there was not enough time.
Specialty teams get session time back and can schedule more assessments with the same hours.
ADHD intake and a briefing before you walk in, whether the visit is short or long.
Patients finish intake before they arrive. You get a briefing that fits a standard appointment.
Get 15-20 minutes back per assessment and turn that time into more scheduled visits.
Send a link. Patient completes intake. You get a briefing before the visit.
Step 1 of 4
Create a secure link and send it before the visit. Patients finish intake on their own time, from any device, so the appointment starts with context instead of blank forms.
Static forms collect answers. Sunbeam prepares the visit.
